 | Jennifer Keith, Psy.D. Dr. Jennifer Keith is a licensed psychologist who provides counseling to individuals, couples, adolescents, and families for issues such as depression, anxiety, adjustment to life transitions, health-related concerns, substance abuse and dependency, marital and relationship conflicts, grief and loss issues, and career guidance and development. Dr. Keith utilizes a collaborative therapeutic approach with her clients and employs cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused techniques to achieve positive and lasting change and assist clients in reaching their life goals. In addition, Dr. Keith provides psychoeducational assessment to school-age children, adolescents, and adults for the diagnosis and treatment of learning disabilities, memory and attention difficulties, and hyperactivity issues. She also provides coaching services, consultation, and assessment in the areas of vocational guidance, interpersonal effectiveness, and leadership development to individuals within organizations. Before joining Atlanta Psych Consultants, Dr. Keith was in private practice for three years as a Corporate Psychologist providing coaching, consultation, and assessment services to employees at various stages in their careers. She also has broad therapeutic and assessment experience within academic, private practice, government, and medical settings. Dr. Keith completed a Bachelor's degree in psychology at Wake Forest University. Subsequently, she earned a Masters degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from Southern Methodist University and a Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Dr. Keith completed her pre-doctoral internship at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado. She is a member of the American Psychological Association. | |||||
